These terms cover use of twirlup4u.com and the general basis on which Twirl Up Creative Solutions LLC provides design and marketing services.
Website use
The content on this site is provided for general information about our services. You may not copy, resell, or republish our copy, design, or imagery without written permission.
Project agreements
Each project is governed by a separate written proposal that defines scope, timeline, deliverables, and price. If anything on this website conflicts with a signed proposal, the proposal controls.
Payment
Projects typically begin with a deposit, with the balance due at launch. Ongoing marketing work is billed monthly. Payment terms are set out in your proposal.
Revisions and approvals
Proposals include a set number of revision rounds at each checkpoint. Work beyond that scope is quoted separately and approved by you in writing before it begins.
Ownership
On final payment, you own the final approved deliverables for your project, along with your domain, hosting, and account access. We may show the completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Limitation of liability
We deliver our work with care, but we cannot guarantee specific traffic, ranking, or revenue outcomes. Our total liability for any project is limited to the fees paid for that project.
